This is a very well managed facility. We were two couples that came from a business meeting on another island and spent three days at the Yacht Club, after seeing it on the internet. The website photos of the facility are exactly what this place looks like.

Wow! what a great time. From the moment David picked us up at the airport we knew we chose the right place for relaxation and fun. Joan made us feel right at home instantly, her 'secret' drinks are trouble! Will be back next year with kids for fun, exploration, and great times with great people!

Hi to all the staff at SCYC. I have just returned back to the office in Manchester - England and am feeling very down. The weather is very bad, 7 degrees and wet.

Having spent several days around the Cays of the Exumas aboard my brothers yacht Tina my holiday was greatly enhanced having spent time at SCYC. All the staff were very friendly, the bar was a great place to enjoy a beer and the food fabulous.

Please advise PV that upon arrival at Atlantis I was unable to find her sister as her bar was closed due to redecorating.

I hope to see you all again soon, thanks again.

Thanks so much for making my day! I ventured into your site tonight with the intention of dredging up some memories of my stay back in April when I passed through while on a yacht delivery and got stranded for three days due to the weather. This wasn't a bad thing tho' as I met some great people (including your wonderful staff) and had more fun then should be legal. And then when I flipped to your guest corner and saw myself staring back I knew I'd come to the right place! In the pic titled "Friends..." is myself in the straw hat, my first mate and good friend Norm Marshall and Capt. Karen of the M/V 'Take Five'. Staniel Cay Yacht Club is truly a unique place in a world full of cookie cutter attractions. Keep up the good work, I'll be coming back.

Had the pleasure of visiting back in 1999.I've travelled to many islands & lived in the Caribbean but have to say that my time on Staniel Cay was by far the best vacation I've ever had! The fishing was incredible & the people were some of the nicest I've ever met.The highlight was finding a HUGE starfish(we released it) & a tritons trumpet shell-WOW! Highly reccomend this place & can't wait to return!!

What can I say that expresses my love for your beautiful piece of Paradise?! My sister, Debbie and I, truly had the best vacation ever. (minus my 3 days in the "sick bay") The food was better than I could have asked for. The service was superb. Love to Rhonda and Desiree!! They made us feel like family. Joan, I will send the bathing suit soon!! Ernest is a wonderful asset to the club-never give his "stool" to anyone. He belongs there - adds to the "local color". Cliff, thanks for the great day fishing - one of our best days. Our cabin was everything anyone could dream of - comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The mattress was great quality! What more can I say! I'll be back!!!!!!

Just want to tell David, Catherine, Rhonda and all the other wonderful staff what an awesome vacation my family and I spent with you. 3 days was not nearly enough. I must come again soon and spend at least a
month or why not just move-on in. Anyways, from the superior food, to the wonderful large cottage accommodations to snorkeling thunderball grotto and diving the Exumas, I do believe this is is heaven! And let's not forget that cold Kalik and rum punches to quench anybody's thirst. Great island, great people. I especially enjoyed driving around the island via golf cart. Certainly is a change of pace and beats driving cars. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and can't wait to see you again. February's weather was outstanding! Not a drop of rain - only warm sunshine! We have been lucky enough to come to the beautiful island of Staniel Cay twice because our friends, the Kearns have a lovely little place there. The island is absolutely amazing with unmatchable beauty.
Snorkeling in the crystal clear ocean is like seeing a whole new world underwater. We love Staniel Cay and hope to be back soon!!

STANIEL CAY IS UNLIKE ALL OTHER ISLANDS IN THE BAHAMAS. I HAVE BEEN VACATIONING AT STANIEL CAY FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. IT HAS TRUELY BECOME ANOTHER HOME TO ME. Three friends and I visited your beautiful island in May of this year. It was my first experience in the Bahamas and probably the best vacation I have ever had. I live close enough to the ocean to visit on a regular basis but have never seen water and ocean life as wonderful as I saw while on Staniel Cay. The residents of the island were more than hospitable, they made us feel completely at home during our stay. The rooms were great (very clean and neat)and the food at the restaurant delicious. We were able to visit other islands while on vacation and while they were all nice to visit, they did not compare to Staniel. Our visit to the island was a short one but I will make sure the next visit is much, much longer. I would like to extend my thanks to Staniel and its residents for a stunning vacation and I hope to visit you again this year. Thank you, Becky
